'PlainPromenade' emerged from a quaint dream: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family established our eatery in 1985, beginning with a cozy, family-oriented ambiance and time-honored recipes passed through generations.
Our founder, Marco Rossi, mastered pizza crafting during her expeditions across Italy, learning from renowned pizza experts in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After her journey back to the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchantment of bona fide Italian pizza, adhering to ancestral techniques and the most exquisite ingredients.
From a humble 12-seater pizza shop, we've flourished into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our pledge to superior quality and bona fide craftsmanship persists. Our age-old wood-firing oven practices continue, our dough is prepared fresh daily, and we persist in selecting top-notch ingredients.
Nowadays, 'PlainPromenade' is still a family affair, with the second generation of the Rossi lineage piloting our devoted crew. Even as we integrate a few contemporary improvements, the essence of our establishment remains steadfast: forging luscious, genuine pizzas that unite patrons.
